Community Yoga Class

Fawn Yoga Collective

Community Yoga Class

Come join an all levels donation based yoga class (no one turned away for lack of funds) every Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:15pm at the 2727 Gallery Space on 2727 California St. This class is led by Christina Hsu and Monika Pinter, alternatingly from October 9 till November 27.

Christina Hsu

Curiosity led me into a yoga studio when I was a teenager and since then yoga has been a lifelong spiritual exploration. My personal practice has supported me through many challenges in my life. Yoga has been a constant I return to whenever I feel disconnected from my body and the present moment. When I remember to listen to my body, wisdom and medicine are always available. The time we share on our mats will be about being curious about our bodies and listening to what movements feel aligned and restorative to our unique selves. My intention is to explore how we can embody more of our authentic being through a practice that empowers us to find respite and restoration within.

Monika Pinter

Moni Pinter grew up in Hungary. After her life took a really hard turn. She discovered yoga as a way to heal and transform her life. She was inspired by the Jivamukti yoga method, which combines physical practice, ethical living, and spiritual devotion. She learned from some of the best teachers in the world, including Sharon Gannon, David Life, Ruth Laurer-Manenti and Jules Febre in India, and Giselle Mari and Wendy Klein in the US. She believes in compassion, kindness, community, and spirituality as the core values of yoga. She is also passionate about holistic nutrition, and she has a degree from Bauman College in Santa Cruz. She loves to share her knowledge and experience with others, and to help them find joy and peace through yoga and veganism. She also loves to cook delicious vegan meals for her friends and family.
