Residential & Studio Space

The property includes a 3-bedroom apartment that is provided to local artists at below market rates or as residencies. We also rent studio space at below market rates to local artists. In the past, we provided 3-6 month live-work residencies with a stipend for artists and writers (the California Street Residency Program).
