• Film screenings (the space has a movie theater quality sound system, projector, screen and seating)

• Practice space: piano, dance (sprung floor), theater space

• Workshops, seminars, classes, salons, social mixers

Some things to keep in mind:

• This is a ‘self-service’ space, meaning: we get you set-up with a guide and answer any questions, but we do not staff every event

• We are always available via phone and email for help

• We are responsible for marketing on our Instagram and weekly newsletter

• Any additional marketing you’d like to have, will be done on your part! We also ask that you provide your own flyer for your event for marketing purposes

• If your event is open to the public, there is no charge to use the space. We kindly ask that you encourage your attendees to donate to the space via Venmo, or if it is a ticketed event, we ask for a percentage of ticket sales

• For private events, please email us for the rental fee

• At this time, we can only accommodate short-term visual art exhibitions (pop-ups) (ie, one night / one weekend)
