Sonic Cartographies is Klank.ist’s new series, curated by Eda Er, aiming to foster bimonthly gatherings and collaborations with Bay Area-based musicians and artists. The series creates a space where local artists engage with and respond to the works and ideas of Klank.ist members from Berlin, Istanbul, Strasbourg, Graz, and the San Francisco Bay Area, forming an evolving dialogue across geographies.

An audiovisual exploration of experimental music and artistic collaboration beyond borders, Sonic Cartographies brings together diverse voices to map new sonic and visual territories.

Through a dynamic interplay of live networked performances, recorded contributions, and multimedia interventions, the series blurs the boundaries between physical and digital presence while celebrating the power of experimental collaboration.
